This is a small, family-owned business in New York that specializes in high-end, custom pieces. They had an outdated website and were not ranking well in search engines for their target keywords.

They approached us wanting to increase their online visibility and organic traffic with the goal of generating more sales.

The challenges.

This is a small local business with a limited budget in a very competitive market. And they needed to increase its organic traffic and improve its search rankings in order to generate more sales.

They had an outdated and not mobile-friendly website that was not optimized for any particular keywords, which made it difficult for potential customers to find them online. Their website was loading very slow. The website pages were lacking a clear call to action. And they had no backlinks from other websites, which is a key factor in SEO because they help search engines determine the quality and relevance of a website.

The strategy.

The first step was to do a full audit of the website and identify any areas that needed improvement. After conducting an audit of their website and reviewing their current digital marketing efforts, we identified several areas where they could improve their SEO strategy.

We did an extensive keyword research to find the most relevant and high-traffic keywords for the jewelry store’s niche. And then we worked with the client to improve their on-page SEO and create keyword-targeted content.

Our team optimized the speed performance of the website. We reduced the size of the images, minified HTML and CSS files, and eliminated unnecessary JavaScript code. As a result, we were able to improve the loading time of pages by 130%.

Executing the strategy.
